Please notify the school promptly of any changes with your address, telephone number, place of employment, doctor, names on your emergency lists, or special health needs.  In the event your child becomes ill or needs to contact you having updated information allows us to reach you quickly.  

If your child has an accident at school, minimal first aid will be administered and parents will be notified utilizing the information on the student's emergency card online.   

It is important to keep this information current and on file in the school office so that we don't have to call 911. 

If you need assistance updating the information please come to the school office for help.

Student safety is the concern of everyone.


  1. Hand washing – The #1 way to prevent the spread of germs.

  2. Cover the Cough – Cough in your sleeve or disposable tissue, then repeat #1

  3. Eat healthy, exercise, and get plenty of sleep.

  4. If you’re planning on visiting relatives or friends during the holidays, be aware of potential exposure to colds and germs, and head lice. Please treat accordingly.

  5. If your child is ill (fever over 100 degrees, vomiting, diarrhea) please keep them home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours or submit a doctor’s note stating when they can return to school.

Please bring in appropriate documentation of any health or medication changes and update phone numbers in the office during the school year.
